Myshel is a beautiful, multitalented woman who uses every one of her gifts to uplift and encourage women around the globe! A prolific speaker, recording artist, devoted wife, mother and deep lover of the Lord Jesus Christ, finds the greatest joy in being used by the Holy Spirit to bind up the broken-hearted.
Her experiences honed her artistry on a world stage filled with culture while traveling with her missionary father to several countries including her mother’s homeland of Ghana in West Africa. Myshel is also a recording artist who released an album entitled “Unstoppable”.
Her live shows offer her audience a unique way to experience her ministry of freedom and empowerment. She has also played a supporting role to many household names. She’s toured and sung background with Don Moen, Matthew West, Grammy Award winning artist Toby Mac, and American Idol’s Mandisa.
The years spent in the background taught her many incredible lessons on what it really means to be a servant leader. Cece Winans, her current mentor and former pastor is quoted as saying “It’s a blessing to see what God is doing in the younger generation! Myshel is truly an anointed young woman and to experience her ministry is life changing. Myshel is beautiful inside and out with a desire to touch and inspireyoung girls and women around the globe! What can I say, I’m a fan”.
Myshel served on staff at Alvin & Cece Winans-Love’s Church as the Membership Coordinator and was a part of the leadership team before relocating to Dallas TX. Myshel loves people and deeply desires to see them living in the freedom God intended. This is what fuels everything she does. “God really is good and many, inside and outside of the church, truly struggle to believe this.” “I love revealing the true nature of His heart for us”. “The truth dramatically enhances a life”.
The Kentucky native was elected by her peers to reign as “Miss Tennessee State University” where she received her degree in Political Science. In that same year, Myshel won the national title of “Miss National Black Hall of Fame”. She has used these platforms to inspire women to look beyond the surface to the radiant queen within.
